Mr., Mrs. Zeafla observe 50th anniversary
Gloria Jean (Mase) and David Zeafla, of Liberty, observed their 50th wedding anniversary today, Feb. 9, 2014.
They were married by the Rev. Harry Billow at Liberty Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Zeafla, a native of Liberty, is the daughter of the late Winifred and Foster Mase. She graduated from Liberty High School in 1961 and from Harrisburg Institute of Medical Arts in 1963. She is employed by Divine Providence Hospital as a laboratory technician.
Mr. Zeafla, a native of Liberty, is the son of the late Catherine and John Zeafla. He graduated from Liberty High School in 1960 and is the owner of Blacks Creek Farms.
They are the parents of two sons, Paul and Ronald, both of Liberty, and a daughter, Kimberly Bledsoe-Culpeper, of Virginia.
There are eight grandchildren.
In honor of their anniversary, a celebration hosted by their children and their spouses, was held on Feb. 8 at Salem Church, Liberty.
