Sandy and Orrin “Tim” Thomas, of Montoursville, observed their 50th wedding anniversary on April 20, 2018.

They were married in Loganton.

They are the parents of eight children: Wendy McDevitt, of Reading; Karen DiSalvo, of Williamsport; Timothy Thomas, of Philadelphia; Ty Thomas, of Beckley, W. Va.; Lauren Sweeley, of Terre Haute, Ind.; Lindsey Ulmer, of Williamsport; and Cassandra Thomas, of Frisco, Texas.

There are 25 grandchildren.
