JVB Library to hold Adult Summer Reading book discussion group

The James V. Brown Adult Summer Reading book discussion is set to start June 19. This year’s theme is “Dig into Reading.”

In that vein, the discussion will feature three intriguing works of archaeological mystery fiction.

The titles and dates are:

“The Eqyptologist” by Arthur Phillips – June 19.

“Drawing in the Dust” by Zoe Klein – July 17.

“Timeline” by Michael Crichton – August 21.

Meeting times will be at 6:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month in the Lowry Room on the third floor of the Welch Family Wing.

Discussions begin with the first book on June 19.

Seating is limited. To register online go to jvbrown.edu or call 326-0536.

Registration ends June 19.

Participants must provide their own books. Otto’s Bookstore, 107 W. Fourth St., offers book groups 10 percent off (mention that when purchasing).
