Salvation Army to hold summer classes
The Salvation Army will hold the following summer classes at their headquarters, 457 Market St.
Penn State Nutrition Links (five sessions), 10 to 11:30 a.m. Mondays, June 3 through July 1. Making healthy eating decisions for you and your family with instructor Lori Masser.
Anger Management (three sessions), 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays, June 3 through June 17. Recognizing and dealing effectively with anger with instructor Judy Hawkins.
Financial Management (nine sessions), 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, June 4 through July 30. Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University with instructor Charles Stutzman.
Parent with Success (six sessions) 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays, July 1 through Aug. 5. Topics include discipline, sibling rivalry and raising children of value with instructor Judy Hawkins.
Teen Tuesdays (four sessions) 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, July 9 through 30. A physical, spiritual and nutritional program for teens with instructor Lori Masser.
Adult Self Esteem (four sessions) 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, July 9 through 30. Improving the way we view ourselves with instructor Judy Hawkins.
