Easy chicken salad
1 large 10-12 ounce can of chicken, drained
1 package dry Knorr vegetable soup mix
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Drain chicken and mash up, then add rest of ingredients and serve on crackers or bread.
46 ounces of V-8 juice
1 can of tomato soup
1 small onion, chopped
1small head of cabbage chopped or shredded
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups of water
Stir together, brown hamburger with onion, drain and add V-8 juice. Simmer for a couple of hours until cabbage is tender.
Great with grilled cheese sandwiches.
