Williamsport Native named Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2014

On Dec. 8, 2013, Sydney Robertson, of Williamsport, was named Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2014, at the conclusion of the three-day Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA and Miss Pennsylvania USA pageant, which was held at the Hyatt Regency International Airport Hotel in Pittsburgh.

Robertson is the 5-foot 7-inches tall, hazel-eyed daughter of Allan and Diane Robertson, of Williamsport.

She attends Commonwealth Connections Academy. She currently is working as a model and plans to pursue a full time career in both modeling and acting. She loves spending time with family and friends, fitness and singing.

She has appeared in Seventeen Magazine and is an advocate for Give Kids the World.

She describes herself as generous, witty and diligent.

Crowned by Ebone Jimerson, Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2013, Robertson will represent Pennsylvania at the Miss Teen USA 2014 pageant.

The remainder of the “Top 5” included: First runner-up, Alex-Taylor Deitz, of Wexford; second runner-up, Jasmine Daniels, of Collegeville; third runner-up, Justine Staub, of Hanover; and fourth runner-up, Brielle Corrente, of New Germany.

The semi-finalists were: Olivia Hamm, of Knox; Monet Tiberii, of Allentown; Sabrina Nolan, of Williamsport; Madeline Zerbe, of Reading; Cassidy Mattiola, of Collegeville; Kaitlyn Fritz, of Bethlehem; Danielle Doran, of West Chester; Katie Smith, of Mount Union; Jennifer Mahoney, of Gilbertsville; and Veronica Howard, of Littlestown.

Robertson also was named Miss Photogenic and was voted Miss Congeniality.
