Red Cross receives donation from DeWald Chiropractic

Red Cross’ Chapter Executive Thomas Sulanczyk recently accepted a $1,000 donation from DeWald Chiropractic to help support local military men, women and their families.

The Red Cross relies on the volunteer spirit and financial generosity of the American people to support America’s military families.

The Red Cross helps military members, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with and respond to the challenges of military service.

Emergency communications, training, support to wounded warriors and veterans, and access to community resources help an average of 150,000 military families and veterans annually.

DeWald Chiropractic, located at 1355 Four Mile Drive in Loyalsock Township, is proud to be a supporter of The American Red Cross. Dr. Jenifer DeWald and her colleague, Dr. Brandon Fiedler, volunteered their services during the months of October through December, providing new patients with an initial visit for a donation of $25.00 to The American Red Cross. DeWald Chiropractic also sponsored a successful blood drive at the Genetti Hotel in December to help the Red Cross achieve their goal of maintaining a healthy and reliable blood supply.

“Our office really enjoys giving something back. We loved having this opportunity to give our time and talents to people in exchange for a donation to help an organization that has benefited so many men, women and family members of our military,” DeWald said.

During the month of February, DeWald Chiropractic will team up with Favors Forward Foundation of Lycoming County to help support children and families in need.

For a donation, new patients will receive a complete health history, chiropractic examination and a report of the findings.

DeWald and Fiedler encourage people to take advantage of this offer and call DeWald Chiropractic at 570-322-1776 to make an appointment or visit www.d for more information.
