Local author to host book reception party at library

The James V. Brown Library, 19 E. Fourth St., will host local author Constance H. Williams for a public reception for her recently published book, “Bantu Woman: the Secret.”

Williams will give a brief talk and address the various forms of fear and superstitions within the story at 6 p.m. Oct. 26 in the Moltz Rotunda Reading Room.

Williams will be available for signings, questions and to sell books. Williams is the mother of three adult daughters and one son-in-law. She has five beloved grandchildren. She is a retired government employee whose passion is to help others through hospitality. Her hobbies include art projects and singing.
