YWCA Cuisine & A Cause set for April 2

The YWCA Northcentral PA is thrilled to announce its third biennial Cuisine & A Cause set for 1 p.m. April 2 at at the Holiday Inn.

There is space for 18 eateries to compete in the categories of appetizer, salad, soup or chili, entree, dessert and this year’s one-time-only specialty category — Pizza. There is no cost for participating businesses, who will receive personalized promotional items for their business.

For the price of a ticket, guests will be able to sample more than 50 dishes and cast their vote for their favorites. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event.

Serving items like plates and forks will be provided to the restaurants, but they will need to provide their own heating elements, extension cords and cooking equipment. Each will be provided with their own workspace during the event.

Tickets can be bought by calling 570-322-4637 or visiting www.ywcawilliamsport.org.
