•WELLSBORO — The Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center will host a Holiday Open House with art, live music and refreshments 7-9 p.m. The event will be catered by St. James Catering Company.

Daria Guelig, Dave Driskell and Dave Milano will present musical traditions old and new with a very roomy repertoire that draws from old-time, Americana, Celtic, folk, pop, jazz and ragtime. With guitar, hammered dulcimer, clarinet, flute, whistle, and concertina, 3D delivers a joyful mix of beautiful melodies.

The Bloomsburg printmaking student’s exhibit Selfies and My Space also opens in the Atrium Gallery. The students will sell unique, matted prints. 85 percent of the proceeds will go to the printmaking scholarship fund.

The Journey: An Invitational Exhibit opens in the Main Gallery too. Each artist was invited to display three important works of art that they made in their journey as artists and write about the significance of each.

The Gmeiner also is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 2 for Dickens of a Christmas.
