• The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society has announced the theme of its Holiday exhibit: Honey, I shrunk the Rooms at the Taber: Miniature Room Settings. The exhibit will feature ninety miniature room settings designed by Becky Bird. The holiday exhibit will open Dec. 7, 2017, and continue through Jan. 20, 2018.

• The Lycoming County Special Olympics will host the 37th annual Frosbite 5 mile run and the 16th annual Penguin 5K walk at 1 p.m.. at the Duboistown Fire Hall, 2651 Euclid Ave., Duboistown.
