Wednesday – Ham and green beans, boiled potatoes, bread, rice raisin egg custard.

Thursday – Hot dog with Texas meat sauce on bun, molasses baked beans, Asian cabbage slaw, hot spiced apple slices.

Friday – Chicken steak with Tetrazzini sauce, fettuccine noodles and parmesan sauce, peas, pineapple.

July 22

Monday – Pepper steak with gravy, cabbage noodles, carrots, bread, banana.

Tuesday – Pulled pork barbecue, bun, molasses baked beans, German-style red cabbage, oatmeal applesauce cake.

Wednesday – Pork sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, bun, escalope potatoes, peas and cauliflower, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – Breaded chicken, Spanish rice, vegetables, cole slaw, bread, vanilla pudding.

Friday – Roasted turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, fresh apple.
