Week beginning Aug. 19

Monday – Breaded chicken cutlet, Spanish rice, succotash, pepper slaw, bread and tapioca pudding.

Tuesday – Sausage patty with peppers and onions, molasses baked beans, peas and carrots and peanut butter cookie.

Wednesday – Turkey stew with biscuit, mixed vegetables, parsley potatoes and cherry gelatin with oranges.

Thursday – Kielbasa with sauerkraut, pasta salad, bread and hot spiced sliced peaches.

Friday – Lemon pepper fish, stewed tomatoes, Alfredo noodles, bread and banana.

Week beginning Aug. 26

Monday -Asian style chicken cutlet, sesame brown rice, green beans, bread and apple.

Tuesday – Barbecue chicken thigh, mediterranean orzo, mixed vegetables, cole slaw, bread and mandarin oranges.

Wednesday – 1/4 pound ground chuck with Swiss cheese and mushrooms, German potato salad, baked beans and butterscotch pudding.

Thursday – Rotini noodles with Italian meat sauce, carrots and cauliflower, bread and pears.

Friday – Macaroni ham and cheese, peas, stewed tomatoes, bread and orange gelatin with pineapple.

Week beginning Sept. 2

Monday – Closed.

Tuesday – Goulash, green beans, carrots, bread, rice pudding.

Wednesday – Pork roast with sauer kraut, mashed potatoes, roll, apple sauce.

Thursday -Turkey pot pie, potatoes, salad, bread, pumpkin custard.

Friday – meat loaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach, bread, orange.

Week beginning Sept. 9

Monday – Breaded chicken, mixed vegetables, cabbage noodles, bread, apple.

Tuesday – Lasagna casserole, hot spiced peaches, peas, bread, three bean salad.

Wednesday – Swedish meatballs, brown rice, carrots, cole slaw, bread, pineapple and oranges.

Thursday – Pork steak, scalloped potatoes, stewed tomatoes, bread, baked bread egg custard.

Friday – Knockwurst with baked beans, yellow beans, roll, lime gelatin with cabbage, carrots and pineapple.

Week beginning Sept. 16

Monday – Italian style meatballs, roll, peas, cauliflower, sugar cookie.

Tuesday – Chicken steak with ham, Swiss cheese and gravy, barley pilaf, green beans, bread, banana.

Wednesday – Roasted turkey and gravy with biscuit, sweet potatoes, Mexican corn, raspberry gelatin with pears.

Thursday – Spaghetti with sausage, vegetables, salad, bread, vanilla pudding with apples.

Friday -Tuna and noodles, broccoli, carrots, bread, chocolate cake with vanilla pudding.

Week beginning Sept. 23

Monday – Chicken tetrazzini with noodles and sauce, peas, bread, pineapple.

Tuesday – Corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, roll, banana cream pudding.

Wednesday – Chicken pot pie, Harvard beets, bread, orange.

Thursday – Ham and green beans, boiled potatoes, white bread, rice raisin egg custard.

Friday – Hot dog with Texas meat sauce, bun, baked beans, pepper cabbage, hot spiced apples.

Week beginning Sept. 30

Monday – Pork sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, bun, scalloped potatoes, peas and cauliflower, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday – Ground chuck pepper steak with gravy, noodles, carrots, bread, banana.

Wednesday – Pulled pork barbecue, bun, baked beans, German style red cabbage, oatmeal apple sauce cake.

Thursday – Roasted turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread and apple.

Friday – Breaded chicken, Spanish rice, mixed vegetables, cole slaw, bread, vanilla pudding.
