Week beginning Jan. 13

Wednesday – Chicken parmesan, pasta, vegetables, pineapple.

Thursday – Pork and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, roll, apple sauce.

Friday – Hungarian goulash, green beans, carrots, bread, rice pudding.

Week beginning Jan. 20

Monday – Pork steak, scalloped potatoes, stewed tomatoes, bread, baked egg custard.

Tuesday – Breaded chicken, mixed vegetables, cabbage noodles, bread, apple.

Wednesday – Knockwurst with baked beans, yellow wax beans, roll, gelatin with cabbage, carrots and pineapple.

Thursday – Lasagna casserole, hot spiced peaches, peas, bread, three bean salad.

Friday – Swedish meatballs, brown rice, carrots, cole slaw, bread, pineapple and oranges.

Week beginning Jan. 27

Monday – Tuna and noodles, broccoli, carrots, bread, chocolate cake with vanilla pudding.

Tuesday – Italian meatballs with roll, peas, cauliflower, sugar cookie.

Wednesday – Chicken steak with ham, Swiss cheese and gravy, barley pilaf, green beans, bread, banana.

Thursday – Roasted turkey and gravy, buttermilk biscuit, sweet potatoes, Mexican corn, raspberry gelatin with pears.

Friday – Sausage and spaghetti, Italian vegetables, salad, bread, vanilla pudding with apples.

Tuesday – Ham and green beans, potatoes, bread, rice raisin egg custard.

Wednesday – Chicken tetrazzini with fettuccine noodles, peas, pineapple.

Thursday – Hot dog with Texas meat sauce on bun, baked beans, cole slaw, hot spiced apples.

Friday – Beef stew with biscuit and mixed vegetables, parsley potatoes, peanut butter cookie.

Monday – Roasted turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, apple.

Tuesday – Pork sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, scalloped potatoes, peas, cauliflower, fruit cocktail.
