Week beginning April 14

Wednesday – Sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, scalloped potatoes, peas and cauliflower, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – Roasted turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, fresh apple.

Friday – Closed for Good Friday.

Week beginning April 21

Monday – Simon and Garfunkle chicken, macaroni and cheese, succotash, bread, orange.

Tuesday – Chili, rice, squash, corn bread.

Wednesday – Turkey ala king with biscuit, sweet potatoes, green beans, salad, orange gelatin with peaches.

Thursday – Pork ribbette with barbecue sauce, bun, baked beans, peas and cauliflower, rice raisin pudding.

Friday – Chicken picatta with lemon, broccoli and carrots, Ceasar salad, bread, hot spiced apples.

Week beginning April 28

Monday – Sweet and sour chicken, rice, stewed tomatoes, cole slaw, bread, cherry gelatin with pears.

Tuesday – Baked liver with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, roll, fresh apple.

Wednesday – Cheeseburger, baked beans, Brussels sprouts, chocolate pudding.

Thursday – Pork sausage with noodles and Alfredo sauce, yellow wax beans, bread, Mandarin oranges.

Friday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, bread, banana.

Monday – Barbeque with bun, potatoes, beans and greens, coconut pudding.

Tuesday – Meatballs with tomato sauce, carrots, cabbage noodles, bread, pineapple.

Wednesday – Ham loaf, sweet potatoes, peas, bread, rice raisin egg custard.

Thursday – Meat sauce over rigatoni noodles, green beans, salad, bread, gelatin with vanilla pudding.
