The Selinsgrove VFW Post 6631 auxiliary recently presented Hospice of Evangelical with a check for $1,000. VFW auxiliary members work all year to raise money for community related outreach organizations and programs by hosting and catering receptions, class reunions and banquets.

Hospice of Evangelical helps patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families make the most of the time they have left together. This is a comprehensive hospice program that assists patients and their families with physical, emotional and spiritual needs that may accompany a life-limiting illness. The gift from the VFW will be used to support direct patient care provided by the experts of Hospice of Evangelical.
