Week beginning Aug. 14

Wednesday — Alpine hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms with hamburger roll, molasses baked beans, cheesy cauliflower, vanilla pudding with apples.

Thursday — Simon and Garfunkel chicken thigh, cheesy rainbow rotini, succotash, cantaloupe.

Friday — Memphis pork steak, barley rissoto, stewed zucchini and tomatoes, fruit cocktail.

Week beginning Aug. 21

Monday — Cubed steak with tomatoes and onions, peas with mushrooms, sauteed cabbage, pasta salad.

Tuesday — Quarter pound hot dog with sauerkraut and bun, parsley potatoes, oatmeal apple sauce cake.

Wednesday — Chicken divan casserole with broccoli and noodles, pears.

Thursday — Open faced meatloaf sandwich, mashed potatoes, garlic spinach, orange.

Friday — Chicken cordon bleu, garlic shells, California vegetable blend, cucumber and onion salad.

Week beginning Aug. 28

Monday — Dirty rice with ground sausage peppers and onions, ginger carrots, broccoli, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday — Chicken stir fry, Asian vegetable blend, brown rice, Mandarin oranges, carrots, gelatin with peaches.

Wednesday — Italian-style meatballs with tomato sauce, cheesy polenta, cauliflower, tomato and cucumber salad, bread.

Thursday — Roasted chicken and gravy with biscuit, mixed vegetables, orange.

Friday — Baked hamloaf with Hawaiian pineapple sauce, green beans, candied sweet potatoes, oatmeal zucchini cookie.

Monday — Labor Day.

Tuesday — Swiss steak with herbed mushroom gravy, buttered noodles, peas with pearl onions, Mandarin oranges, bread.

Wednesday — Roasted sliced pork with marsala sauce, green bean casserole, white rice, cantaloupe, bread.

Thursday — Roast beef with gravy, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, pumpkin custard, dinner roll.

Friday — Pulled chicken barbecue with hamburger roll, red cabbage and apples, garlic zucchini, cole slaw.

Friday — Baked ham with cheddar sauce, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, caesar bow tie salad.

Monday — Grande chili con carne with tomatoes and kidney beans, corn bread, zucchini squash, sliced pears.

Tuesday — Chicken ala king with buttermilk biscuit, lemon pepper broccoli, carrot and raisin salad.

Wednesday — Breaded fish sandwich, stewed tomatoes, macaroni and cheese, three bean salad, sandwich roll.

Thursday — Chicken alfredo with creamy parmesan sauce and fettuccine noodles, garlic spinach, orange.

Friday — Pork sausage with peppers and onions, sausage roll, peas with mushrooms, cauliflower, oatmeal zucchini, chocolate chip cookie.

Week beginning Sept. 25

Monday — Chicken spiedie sandwich with sandwich roll, peas and cauliflower, molasses baked beans, pickled beet salad.

Tuesday — Spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce, Italian green beans, romaine with Italian dressing.

Wednesday — Baked liver with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, creamy ginger carrots, baked egg custard.

Thursday — Quarter pound ground chunk with American cheese and hamburger bun, shaved brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, chocolate cake with pudding.

Friday — Breaded boneless pork chop, cheesy WW penne, ratatouille, banana.
