Week beginning Oct. 16

Wednesday — Roasted pork and gravy with dressing, mashed potatoes, shaved Brussels sprouts, pumpkin custard.

Thursday — Italian meat sauce, rotini with tomato sauce, hot spiced sliced apples, tossed salad with ranch dressing.

Friday — Barbecue chicken sandwich, au gratin potatoes, garlic zucchini, chocolate cake with pudding.

Week beginning Oct. 23

Monday — Memphis pork steak, barley rissoto, stewed zucchini and tomatoes, pineapple.

Tuesday — Beef burgundy with noodles, chantilly potatoes, sliced carrots, creamy cole slaw.

Wednesday — Meat and there cheese lasagna casserole, glazed penny carrots, broccoli, zucchini chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday — Alpine hamburger with swiss cheese and mushrooms with hamburger roll, molasses baked beans, cheesy cauliflower, vanilla pudding with apples.

Friday — Simon and Garfunkel chicken thigh, cheesy rainbow rotini, succotash, orange.

Week beginning Oct. 30

Monday — Breaded chicken cordon bleu, creamy garlic shells, California vegetable blend, banana.

Tuesday — Cubed steak with tomatoes and onions, peas and mushrooms, sauteed cabbage, pasta salad.

Wednesday — Roasted pork with sauer kraut and hot dog bun, mashed potatoes, oatmeal apple sauce cake.

Thursday — Chicken divan casserole with broccoli and noodles, pears.

Friday — Open faced meatloaf sandwich with bread, parsley potatoes, garlic spinach, orange.

Week beginning Nov. 6

Monday — Baked ham steak with pineapple glaze, green beans, candied sweet potatoes, oatmeal zucchini cookie.

Tuesday — Chicken and broccoli stir fry, Asian vegetable blend, lo mein noodles, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday — Italian style meatballs with tomato sauce, cheesy polenta, cauliflower, carrot and raisin salad, bread.

Thursday — Sausage gravy with biscuit, peas and carrots, banana.

Friday — Veteran’s Day observed.

Monday — Pulled chicken barbecue with roll, red cabbage and apples, garlic zucchini, cole slaw.

Wednesday — Swiss steak with herbed mushroom gravy, buttered noodles, peas with pearl onions, mandarin oranges.

Thursday — Chicken breast with marsala sauce, green bean casserole, white rice, orange.

Friday — Roast beef with gravy, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, gelatin with fruit, roll.

Week beginning Nov. 20

Monday — Sliced pork loin with pineapple sauce, brown rice, mixed vegetables, apple.

Tuesday — Ground chuck pepper steak with gravy, cabbage noodles, hot spiced sliced apples, pepper slaw, bread.

Wednesday — Sliced turkey thigh with dressing and gravy, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, pumpkin custard.

Thursday — Thanksgiving.

Friday — Black Friday.

Week beginning Nov. 27

Monday — breaded fish sandwich, stewed tomatoes, macaroni and cheese, baby carrots, roll.

Tuesday — Chicken alfredo with parmesan sauce and fettucini noodles, garlic spinach, orange.

Wednesday — Pork sausage with peppers and onions and roll, peas with mushrooms, cauliflower, oatmeal cookie.

Thursday — Grande chili con carne with tomatoes and kidney beans, corn bread, zucchini squash, sliced pears.

Friday — Chicken a la king with buttermilk biscuit, lemon pepper broccoli, fruit cocktail.
