Week beginning Jan. 15

Wednesday — Pork stir fry, Asian vegetable blend, fried rice, fruit cocktail.

Thursday — Italian style meatballs with tomato sauce, cheesy creamy polenta, cauliflower, pepper slaw.

Friday — Roasted chicken and gravy with fresh dropped biscuit, mixed vegetables, orange.

Week beginning Jan. 22

Monday — Roast beef with gravy and bread stuffing, creamed spinach, parsley potatoes, pumpkin custard.

Tuesday — Pulled chicken barbecue with hamburger roll, red cabbage and apples, yellow wax beans, creamy cole slaw.

Wednesday — Breaded pork chop, baked beans, cheesy cauliflower, macaroni salad.

Thursday — Swiss steak with herbed mushroom gravy, buttered noodles, peas with pearl onions, banana.

Friday — Chicken breast with marsala sauce, green bean casserole, white rice, Mandarin oranges.

Monday – Sweet and sour meatballs, brown rice, mixed vegetables, orange.

Tuesday — Baked ham with cheddar sauce, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, oatmeal cookie.

Wednesday — Baked pepper steak with pepper gravy, cheesy penne noodles, hot spiced peaches, baby carrots.

Thursday — Open faced turkey sandwich with whole grain bread, butternut squash, Italian green beans, tapioca pudding.

Friday — Pulled pork barbecue with hamburger bun, German style red cabbage, carrot coins, gelatin with oranges.

Week beginning Feb. 5

Monday — Cheeseburger with hamburger bun, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, pumpkin custard.

Tuesday — Breaded boneless, pork chop, cheesy WW penne, ratatouille, apple.

Wednesday — Baked liver with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, oatmeal cookie.

Thursday — Creamy honey mustard chicken, peas and cauliflower, brown rice, three bean salad.
