Week beginning Feb. 19

Wednesday — Chicken pot pie, pot pie squares and gravy, diced butternut squash, fruit cocktail.

Thursday — Turkey teriyaki meatballs, parsley noodles, broccoli, pepper slaw.

Friday — Cheddar cheese omelet, creamed corn, diced tomatoes with peppers and onions, oatmeal apple sauce cake.

Week beginning Feb. 26

Monday — Macaroni ham and cheese, stewed tomatoes, peas, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday — Pork sausage link with fettuccine alfredo, winter blend, banana.

Wednesday — Bread chicken, molasses baked beans, garlic mashed cauliflower, pasta salad.

Thursday — Hamburger barbecue with sandwich roll, garlic beans and greens, carrots, gelatin peaches.

Friday — Chicken parmesan, baked ziti with whole grain penne, ratatouille, apple.

Week beginning Feb. 26

Tuesday –Italian meatsauce, whole grain rotini with tomato sauce, hot spiced sliced apples, tossed salad with ranch dressing.

Wednesday — Barbecue chicken sandwich with roll, au gratin potatoes, garlic zucchini, chocolate cake with pudding.

Thursday — Sausage gravy with fresh dropped biscuit, peas and carrots, pineapple and orange segments.

Friday — Lemon pepper fish, whole grain penne with alfredo sauce, stewed tomatoes, apple.

Week beginning March 12

Monday — Alpine hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms on a roll, molasses baked beans, cheesy cauliflower, vanilla pudding with apples.

Tuesday — Simon and Garfunkel chicken thigh, cheesy rainbow rotini, succotash, orange.

Wednesday — Apple ginger pork loin, peas with pearl onions, barley risotto, pineapple.

Thursday — Pizza pasta casserole, peas, cauliflower, chocolate chip cookie.

Friday — Corned beef brisket with cabbage, boiled potatoes, sliced carrots, lime gelatin with pineapple, dinner roll.

Monday — Roasted pork with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, cinnamon apples.

Tuesday — Chicken Divan, sweet potatoes, peas, apple.

Wednesday — Openfaced meatloaf sandwich with bread, parsley potatoes, garlic spinach, chocolate pudding.

Thursday — Breaded chicken cordon bleu, creamy garlic shells, winter vegetable blend, banana.

Friday — Tuna noodle casserole, broccoli, carrots, baked egg custard.

Week beginning March 26

Monday — Roasted chicken and gravy with fresh dropped biscuit, mixed vegetables, orange.

Tuesday — Dirty rice including ground sausage, brown rice, peppers and onions, creamy ginger carrots, broccoli, banana cream pudding.

Wednesday — Italian style meatballs with spaghetti and sauce, cauliflower, pepper slaw.

Thursday — Roasted ham with green beans, boiled potatoes, oatmeal cookie, bread.

Friday — Good Friday.
