New Leaders Elected for Williamsport Community Concert Association
The Williamsport Community Concert Association Board has elected Cynthia Staiman Vosk to serve as its new president.
Vosk is succeeding Dale V. Bower who has served on the board for 40 years and as president for 10 years. Other officers elected include: vice president Mary Louise Kissell; executive secretary Dorothy E. Maples; recording secretary Robert G. Schooley; and treasurer Karen Sheaffer.
Additional members of the board are: Romain Bastian, Emily Biichle, Dale V. Bower, Robert Bowersox, A. James Bryden, David L. Craig, Chip Edmonds, Barbara Ertel, Ralph Hoyt, Nancy Lady, Benjamin Landon, Jane Landon, Maxine Lloyd, Wanda Lundy, Dottie White Mertz, Margaret Piper, Carol Pittenger, James C. Rogers, Gary Schwenk, Marvin H. Staiman and Thomas Wierbowski.
The board is busy at work on the 86th season which begins in October with Southern Fried Jazz Band, followed by Rastrelli Cello Quartet, The National Dance Company of Siberia, David Kim, violin and the Dallas Brass.
