First Friday events announced

The following First Friday events are planned for Friday:

“Outside In” exhibit featuring work by Anthony Cervino, Michael Darough, Greg McLemore, Lawrence Charles Miller and Kimberly Witham; curated by Seth Goodman; 6 to 9 pm. at Converge Gallery, 140 W. Fourth St.

“WAMS: 30 Days. 30 Minutes. 30 Pieces,” a collection of artwork from students at Williamsport Area Middle School; 4 to 6 p.m. at Williamsport Area School District District Service Center, 2780 W. Fourth St.

The Blind Chitlin Kahunas with special guests The Blue Pill Band; 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. at Bullfrog Brewery, 229 W. Fourth St.

Fourth Annual Holiday Artisans’ Market with live music by the Susquehanna JamCrackers, art exhibit and opening in Gallery 10, live music by Shawn Chism and small business grand openings for Celebrations Cakes & Confections, Way Cool Beans coffee roaster and shop and Starr Photography; The Pajama Factory, 1307 Park Ave.

Opening night for holiday musical, “She Loves Me;” 7:30 p.m. at Community Theatre League, 100 W. Third St.

Two featured authors: Dianne Salerni will sign her novel “Caged Graves” and G. Hartmore will sign his novel, “Nudged;” 5 to 8 p.m. at Otto Bookstore, 107 W. Fourth St.

“Born” drawings on display, curated by Origins Art Space; 7 to 9 p.m. at Alabaster Coffee Roaster & Tea Co., 407 W. Fourth St.

“God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” Christmas music with Don and Chris Hess on mandolin and guitar; 6 p.m. at the James V. Brown Library rotunda room, 19 E. Fourth St.

Artwork on display from Williamsport Area High School seniors Kailynn Ellis and Jay Westbrook; 6 to 8 p.m. at ST’Art Gallery at the Genetti Hotel, 200 W. Fourth St.

“Reframing the Ordinary” exhibit of photography by Anthony Levan, Pennsylvania College of Technology student; 5 to 8 p.m. in the front lobby of the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St.
