Shoreliners and Into The Spin set to perform in Lock Haven
LOCK HAVEN – The Shoreliners will perform at 6 p.m. Friday at Triangle Park, Bellefonte Avenue and West Main Street, as part of the Lock Haven summer concert series.
The four members of the band have more than 125 years of combined music experience, with each member playing multiple instruments and singing in three- and four-part harmony. The Shoreliners originated in Lansford around 1950 and play at venues from weddings to polka dances to festivals.
The concert series continues on Sunday, with Into The Spin performing at 6:30 p.m. on the Floating Stage at Jay and East Water streets.
Into The Spin was formed in 2009 by multi-platinum recording artist Jeremy Hummel, who was a founding member of Breaking Benjamin and recorded two albums with the band, including the songs “So Cold” and “Sooner or Later,” which both reached No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
In the event of rain, The Shoreliners will play at the Elks Lodge 182, 216 E. Main St. There is no rain location for Into The Spin’s performance.
