Ashley Lynn Marzzacco and Jeffrey Angus Hackett, both of Baltimore, Md., were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012.

The Rev. Salvatore Furnari officiated at the ceremony held at St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Church, Baltimore.

A rehearsal dinner was held at La Scala Ristorante and a reception was held at Camden Yards, both in Baltimore.

The bride is the daughter of Julie and Mark Marzzacco, South Williamsport. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2001. She received a bachelor’s degree in 2005 and a master’s degree in 2007, both in communication sciences and disorders from Penn State University. She is employed by Howard County Public Schools, Ellicott City, Md., as a speech language pathologist.

Hackett is the son of Laura and Charles Hackett, State College. He graduated from State College Area High School in 1998 and received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Penn State University in 2003. He is employed by Bridgestone Firestone Complete Auto Care, Columbia, Md., as manager.

Matron of honor was Amanda Witmer, Montoursville.

Bridesmaids were Karen Davis Billanueva, Piscataway, N.J.; Stefanie Wolk Sorkin, Buffalo, N.Y.; Jennifer May Jacobs, Hoboken, N.J.; and Meg Hackett Boston, Mass., sister of the bridegroom.

Flower girls were Olivia and Marisa Witmer, Montoursville.

Best man was Andrew Hackett, Boston.

Ushers were Andrew Strouse, Harrisburg; Thad Wolfe, Wilmington, Del.; Mark Marzzacco, Pittsburgh, and Matthew Marzzacco, South Williamsport, both brothers of the bride.

Following a trip to Pelee Island in Lake Erie, the couple is residing in Baltimore.
