Carolyn Ann Dahl, Silver Spring, Md., and James Robert Graham, Cheltenham, England, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2012.
Deacon Ann Lyall officiated at the ceremony held at Culter Parish Church, Coulter, Scotl-and.
A second ceremony was held at 5 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2012, at Bastress Mountain Winery, where a reception also was held.
The bride is the daughter of Joanne and David Dahl, South Williams-port. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2000. She received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Shippensburg University in 2004 and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2007. She is employed by the Department of Def-ense, Fort Meade, Md.
Graham is the son of Moira and James Sterrick, Lanark, Scot-land, and the late Karl Graham. He graduated from Lanark Grammar School in 1988 and received a degree in electrical and electronic engineering from University of Paisley, Glasgow, Scot-land, in 1992. He is employed by the United Kingdom as a British civil servant.
Matron of honor was Barbara Manganello, North Dakota.
Maids of honor were Ellen Thomas, Mesula, Mont., cousin of the bride, and Laura Todd, Carstairs, Scotland, niece of the bridegroom.
Flower girls were Hanna and Sarah Graham.
Best man was David Salt, Cheltenham.
Ushers were Ethan, Chris and Aaron Dahl, Williamsport, all brothers of the bride, and Paul Williams, Cheltenham.
The couple is residing in Silver Spring.
