Laura Marie Thompson, Bellwood, and Ryan Paul Loudenslager, Williamsport, were united in marriage at noon Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012.
Judge Barbara Wilson officiated at the ceremony held at The Vineyards, Aquebogue, N.Y., where a reception also was held.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Cowfish Restaurant, Hampton Bays, N.Y.
The bride is the daughter of Denise Thompson, Bellwood. She graduated from Bellwood Antis High School in 1999. She received a bachelor’s degree in marine biology with a minor in psychology from Long Island University, Southampton, N.Y., in 2003 and received a master’s degree in biology from Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y., in 2010. She is employed by Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, N.Y., as a scientific associate II.
Loudenslager is the son of Barbara Loudenslager, William-sport, and Deb and Paul Loudenslager, Raleigh, N.C. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1996 and received a bachelor’s degree in turf grass science from Penn State University in 2000. He is employed by Gordon Gardens LLC, Water Mill, N.Y., as an estate manager.
Maid of honor was Erin Thompson, Drexel Hill, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Adele Billups, Washington, D.C.; Chelsea King, Hampton Bays, N.Y.; Jennifer Vallade, Bellwood; and Laurie Hall, Richmond, Calif.
Flower girl was Jocelyn Nikole Dean, Bellwood, cousin of the bride.
Ring bearers were Owen and Truman Loudenslager, Liberty, nephews of the bridegroom.
Best man was Eric Loudenslager, Liberty, brother of the bridegroom.
Following a trip to Tahiti, the couple is residing in Water Mill.
