Jessica Marie Jaret and William Tyler Sant were united in marriage at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013.
Scott Allen and Elaine Townsend officiated at the ceremony held on the lawn of the Frederica Station Boathouse, Saint Simons Island, Ga., where a reception also was held.
A rehearsal dinner was held at The Coastal Kitchen and Raw Bar, Saint Simons Island.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Jaret, Saint Simons Island, and granddaughter of Marjorie L. Ort, Williamsport. She graduated from Lassiter High School, Marietta, Ga., and received a bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in public administration from University of Georgia. She is employed by Lovett School, Atlanta, Ga., as associate director of college counseling.
Sant is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Webster Sant III, and Mr. and Mrs. John Crotty, St. Louis, Mo. He graduated from Chaminade College Preparatory School, St. Louis. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University, Atlanta, and a master’s degree in public administration from University of Georgia. He is employed by Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, Atlanta, as associate director of college counseling.
Matron of honor was Allison Callahan, Marietta, Ga.
Maid of honor was Michele Jaret, Brooklyn, N.Y., sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Chelsea Dasinger, Woodstock, Ga.; Virginia Weaver, Cartersville, Ga.; Amy Hahn, London, England; Melisa Bowers, Marietta; and Lauren Faber, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Flower girls were Maggie and Cate Demaria, Athens, Ga.
Best man was Samuel Cunningham, Anchorage, Alaska.
Groomsmen were Jacques Edeline, Orange, Calif.; Alex Emerson, Indianapolis, Ind.; Andrew Billing, Atlanta; Christopher Cozad, St. Louis; Matthew Detch, London; and Daniel O’Donnell, Philadelphia.
Ushers were Dr. Jason Brown, Atlanta, and Phillip Faber, Cincinnati.
Following a trip to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Atlanta.
