Samantha Ann Agostinelli, of Randolph, N.J., and Michael “Chip” Amerman, of Wyckoff, N.J., were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013.

The Rev. Robert Schwinge officiated at the ceremony held at Powerhouse Christian Church, Wyckoff.

A rehearsal dinner was held in Wyckoff and a reception was held at Cannon Gate Catering and Conference Center, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J.

The bride is the daughter of Connie and Melvin Downes, of Randolph, N.J. She graduated from Randolph High School in 2007 and received a bachelor’s degree in art education from Montclair State University, Montclair, N.J., in 2012. She is employed as an art teacher in Wood-Ridge, N.J.

Amerman is the son of Linda and Arthur Amerman, of Wyckoff. He graduated from Indian Hills High School, Oakland, N.J. in 2003 and received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Messiah College, Grantham, in 2008. He is employed as a project manager in North Haledon, N.J.

Maid of honor was Alyssa Catalano, of Randolph.

Bridesmaids were Christina Downes, of Sicklerville, N.J., and Melissa Downes, of Randolph, sisters of the bride; and Gianna Denisio, of Lawrenceville, Ga., cousin of the bride; and Maxine Boggio, of Charlotte, N.C.

Ring bearers were Alex Downes, of Randolph, brother of the bridegroom and Cole Porfido, of Bernardsville, N.J., cousin of the bride.

Best man was Matthew Rutler, of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Ushers were Bert Amerman, of Fairlawn, N.J., and Dave Amerman, of Nashville, Tenn., brothers of the bridegroom; Andrew Cooper, of New York, N.Y., cousin of the bridegroom; and Bryan Gostissa, of Oakland, N.J.

Following a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is residing in Fair Lawn, N.J.
