Jillia Ann English and Zachary James Segraves, both of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2013.

The Rev. John Ullrich officiated at the ceremony held in the chapel at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Md.

A rehearsal dinner was held at the Cheesecake Factory in Maryland.

The bride is the daughter of Beth and Dwain English, of Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2011 and attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Segraves is the son of Cynthia Ann Segraves, of Loyalsock Township. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2010 and attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is serving in the Army as a geo spacial engineer and is stationed in New York City.

Matron of honor was Joleen Robinson, of Williamsport, sister of the bride.

Best man was Spencer Pardee, of Williamsport.

The couple is residing at the Ronald McDonald House, New York City.
