Cassandra J. Krise and William J. Confair, both of Pittsburgh, were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Oct. 19, 2013.

The Rev. Joseph Hollen officiated at the ceremony held at Hollentown Assembly of God, Fallentimber, where a rehearsal dinner also was held.

A reception was held at the Ramada Inn, Altoona.

The bride is the daughter of Faye and John Krise, of Flinton. She graduated from Glendale High School, Flinton, in 2006. She received a bachelor’s degree in genetic engineering from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, in 2010, and a master’s degree in public health in genetics from University of Pittsburgh this year. She is employed by Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, as a laboratory technician.

Confair is the son of Susan and William Confair, of Jersey Shore. He graduated from South Williamsport High School in 2006. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2010 and is pursuing a master’s degree in engineering management from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh. He is employed by AECOM, Pittsburgh, as engineer II.

Maid of honor was Brittany Clouser, of Allentown.

Bridesmaids were Courtney Krise, of Flinton, sister of the bride; Jackie Sowers, of Allentown; Tasha Cornish, of Silver Springs, Md.; and Angie Confair, of South Williamsport, sister of the bridegroom.

Flower girl was Jacey Kramer, of Harrisburg, cousin of the bride.

Ring bearers were Ryder Krise, of Flinton, nephew of the bride, and Nathan Rundio, of South Williamsport, cousin of the bridegroom.

Best man was Kyle Kuzio, of Cogan Station.

Groomsmen were Sean Morrison, of South Williamsport; Zach Herr, of Allentown; Frank Novotny, of Somerset; and Michael Haendler, of Trafford.

Following a wedding trip to the eastern Caribbean, the couple is residing in Pittsburgh.
