Dottie (Florence) Blanchard, of South Williamsport, and Jim Lewis, of Williamsport, were untied in marriage at 3 p.m. May 3.
They were married by the Rev. Peter Wilson at Calvary Baptist Church, where a rehearsal dinner also was held in the fellowship hall.
A reception was held at the Genetti Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of the late Lois M. and William R. Blanchard. She graduated from Canton High School, in 1961 and retired in 2013 from Williamsport Area School District after 19 years of service.
Mr. Lewis is the son of Shirley Beyer, of Williamsport, and the late Donald Lewis. He graduated from Elizabeth-Forward High School, Elizabeth, Pennsylvania., in 1967, and received an associate degree in landscaping and nursery technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2001. He served in the Air Force from 1969-92, in Vietnam from 1971-72 and Turkey during The Gulf War. He is self-employed.
Maid of honor was Helen Mastracco, of Williamsport.
Flower girl was Jessica Clark, of Jersey Shore.
Best man and ring bearer was George Brown, of South Williamsport.
A trip to Israel/Lebanon in December is being planned.
The couple is residing in Williamsport.
