Michaela Joy Shultz, of Cogan Station, and Brett Richard Detrick, of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Aug. 3, 2013.
The Rev. Wayne A. Holcomb officiated at the ceremony held at Trinity Episcopal Church.
A rehearsal dinner was held at The Park Home and a reception was held at the Genetti Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of Kimberly and Jay Shultz, of Cogan Station. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2008 and received a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in French from Lycoming College in 2012. She is employed by Families United Network as a permanency specialist.
Detrick is the son of Debra and Richard Detrick, of Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2002 and received a bachelor’s degree in English from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, in 2006. He is employed by West Pharmaceutical Services as a materials control supervisor and SAP coordinator.
Matron of honor was Samantha Shultz, of Cogan Station, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Brooke Shultz, of Harrisburg, sister of the bride; Karahlyn Troutman, of Greenville, Texas; and Leora Detrick, of Williamsport, sister of the groom.
Flower girls were Elizabeth and Deborah Shultz, of Williamsport, cousins of the bride.
Best man was Jeffrey Detrick, of South Williamsport, brother of the groom.
Groomsmen were Dustin Kimble, of Marlton, New Jersey; Christopher Shultz, of Cogan Station, brother of the bride; and Matthew Detrick, of White Haven, brother of the groom.
Following a trip to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Montoursville.
