Alicia Marie Berkey and Samuel Freeman Betz, both of Danville, were united in marriage at 4 p.m. June 21.
The Rev. Gary Emrick officiated at the ceremony held in Bloomsburg.
The bride is the daughter of Linda Emrick and Tim Berkey, of Danville. She graduated from Danville High School in 2008 and received a bachelor’s degree in education from Penn State University in 2012. She is employed by Montoursville Area School District as an English teacher.
Betz is the son of Donna and Carl Betz, of Danville. He graduated from Danville High School in 2009 and received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Penn State University in 2013. He is employed by United Concordia.
Matron of honor was Carrie Recla.
Maid of honor was Amanda Berkey, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Kendra and Morgan Betz, sisters of the groom.
Best men were Jake and Luke Prescott.
Groomsmen were TJ Ayer and Austin Skobel.
Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple is residing in Hughesville.
