Rachel C. Tebbs, of Loyalsock Township, and Brion T. Livermore, of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Jan. 23 at General Potter Farm, Mills, where a reception also was held.

The bride is the daughter of Robin and John Tebbs, of Williamsport. She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2006 and received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2010. She is employed by Tebbs Farms and Greenhouses as a manager.

Livermore is the son of Sue Ross, of Trout Run, and Janet and Daniel Livermore, of Unityville. He graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2006 and received a degree in electrical technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2015. He served in the Air Force from 2009-14 and is employed by Andritz, Montoursville, as an automation technician.

Matrons of honor were Jessica Steinbacher, of Williamsport, sister of the bride; and Ashley Reidy, of DuBoistown.

Bridesmaids were Mallory Hamilton, of Williamsport; Cornell Lorson, of Harrisonburg, Virginia; and Victoria Neifert, of Harrisburg.

Flower girls were Margo Steinbacher, of Williamsport, niece of the bride; and Madison Reidy, of DuBoistown.

Ring bearer was Brecken Steinbacher, nephew of the bride.

Best men were Chandler Hildebrandt, of Weyauwega, Wisconsin; and Jonathon Gerardi, of Williamsport.

Groomsmen were Daniel Tebbs, of Nisbet, brother of the bride; Scott Livermore, of Williamsport, brother of the groom; Josh Sergent, of Ashburn, Virginia,; and David Porette, of Williamsport.

Following a trip to Hawaii, the couple resides in Nisbet.
