Katie Marie Jean, of Montoursville, and Andrew Paul Turgeon, of North Canton, Ohio, were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. May 14, 2016.
The Rev. John Victoria officiated at the ceremony held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Montoursville.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the Bullfrog Brewery and a reception was held at the Gennetti Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of Gloria and Todd Jean, of Trout Run. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2008. She received a bachelor’s degree in human biology health and society from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, in 2012 and a doctorate degree in medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine this year. She is employed by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as a resident in obstetrics and gynecology.
Turgeon is the son of Lisa and Paul Turgeon, of North Canton. He graduated from Hoover High School, North Canton, in 2008 and received a bachelor’s degree in operations research and information engineering from Cornell University in 2008. He is employed by IBM, Pittsburgh, as a software engineer.
Matron of honor was Tonya Gair, of Montoursville, cousin of the bride.
Maid of honor was Sarah Weber, of Montoursville.
Best man was Ryan Patton, of Boise, Idaho.
Following a trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple resides in Pittsburgh.
