Hilary Elizabeth O’Haire and Edwin Heath Pinkerton, both of Boston, were united in marriage at  6 p.m. Aug. 5, 2016.

Frank Camera officiated at the ceremony held at Glen Manor House, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where a reception also was held.

A rehearsal dinner was held at Bittersweet Farms, Massachusetts.

The bride is the daughter of Amy Britton, of Barnstable, Massachusetts,  and Kevin O’Haire, of Sandwich, Massachusetts. She graduated from Dana Hall School, Wellesley, Massachusetts, in 2007 and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gettysburg College in 2011. She is employed by Shorelight Education, Boston, in marketing research.

Pinkerton is the son of Melissa and Edwin Pinkerton, of Montours­ville. He graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2007 and received a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College in 2011. He is pursuing a master’s degree at Boston University. He is employed by the City of Boston as an IT director of operations.

Maid of honor was Julie Kobie, of Blue Bell.

Bridesmaids were Mara Dold, of Denver; Carling Vantine, of New York City; Jenni Borger, of Moscow, Russia; Brittany Cutrell, of Boston; and Morgan Pinkerton, of Montoursville, sister of the groom.

Best man was Matt Barrett, of Sacramento, California.

Groomsmen were Eric Sechrist, of Williamsport; John Smallman, of Fredericksburg, Virginia; Brandon Baysore, of Montgomery; and Tyler Pinkerton, of Mont­oursville, brother of the groom.

Following a trip to Barcelona, Spain, the couple resides in Boston.
