Events introduces

software program

The IMC will host an online seminar on Agile Enterprise software from 2 to 3 p.m. July 18.

Competitive manufacturers don’t just satisfy customers: they exceed all expectations for cost, quality, delivery, reliability, and responsive innovation, according to a news release.

It’s not just the customers who demand your best. Suppliers, partners and employees also expect excellent experiences with participants’ businesses. Agile enterprise software gives participants in the workshop an opportunity to support all of their initiatives powerfully and effectively meet the goals of delighting every stakeholder, the news release said. Most manufacturers are looking to the cloud to achieve stronger global supply chain management, using analytics to improve customer relationships.

The seminar will share how agile enterprise software can benefit companies, including: Why the vision of Industry 4.0 is rooted in agility for great stakeholder experience, how to get to agility, ease and choice for customers and other stakeholders, ways agile ERP opens up budget and opportunities to leverage new Industry 4.0 technologies, how to identify a solution for your current and future needs as you grow and what agile levers a manufacturer can pull to delight customers and stakeholders today and in the future.

Workshop to aid in

hiring sales staff

IMC will host a free, live-streaming event from 9 to 9:45 a.m. July 19 on hiring stronger sales representatives.

According to a news release, the program has been designed to be convenient and from the comfort of your own office or conference room.

The workshop will explore: Why the sales hiring process must be different than the process in hiring other positions, how hiring a competitor may not always be the right move, that strong industry experience may be the wrong criteria, what to look for to make certain they are compatible for your sales cycle and what are the Six Hidden Weaknesses that can get in the way of executing your sales expectations.

John Moore, founder of Moore Power Sales, will present the seminar. Moore Power Sales, the news release said, is passionate about helping regional companies compete worldwide and yet still enjoy the quality of life here in Central Pennsylvania.
