Digital photography course makes great holiday gift

Is buying or receiving a full-featured digital camera on your list this holiday season? Are you wondering what all of the buttons on the digital camera are used for? Consider a companion gift certificate for a digital photography class!

Workforce Development and Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering a three-week digital photography course in January.

The classes, taught by photographer Wayne Palmer, will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursdays from Jan. 14-28 in the Center for Business and Workforce Development on the college’s main campus in Williamsport. As owner of Palmer Multimedia Imaging in Williamsport, the instructor has been involved with some facet of photography for more than 40 years.

There is a cost for the course. If you have a digital camera, bring it to class.
