Students of the Month

WEBB

Webb

Emily R. Webb, daughter of Shelley and Robert Webb, was named Outstanding Senior at Warrior Run High School for the month of January.

Webb is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Club, concert choir, varsity cross country and track and field teams, participates in school musicals and is the captain of the basketball team.

Outside of school she is a member of the National Honor Society of High School Scholars and is a church volunteer, Sunday school teacher and volunteers with a mission group.

She has been named to the distinguished honor roll, an academic all-star and district and regional chorus qualifier.

SEES

Following graduation, she plans to attend Elizabethtown College and major in actuarial science.

Sees

Chloe S. Sees, the daughter of Dolores and Joseph Sees III, was named Milton Rotary Club Vocational Student of the Month at Warrior Run High School for the month of January.

Sees is a member of Technology Students Association, National Honor Society and the varsity basketball and track and field teams. She is the president of Robotics Club and treasurer for the Outdoor Club.

Outside of school she is the president of the county 4-H Club, a member of the American Powerboat Association and the Delaware Valley Outboard Racing Association and is a journeyman for the Warrior Run Fort Freeland Heritage Society (rope making).

Murillo

She has been named to the distinguished honor roll and has received the 2015-16 WR Track Outstanding Athlete Award and the 2016 Xerox Award for Innovation and Information Technology and was named to the PHAC first team for discus and javelin.

Following graduation, she plans to attend Delaware Valley University and major in agriculture education and pursue a career as a high school agricultural teacher.

Murillo

Axel A. Murillo, son of Gloria and Adam Kern, was named Turbotville Lions Club Student of the Month at Warrior Run High School for the month of January.

Murillo is a member of the National Honor Society and Journalism. He competes in power weightlifting, bodybuilding and is a volunteer at YMCA events. He has been named to the honor roll and won the Abe Snyder Youth Award.

Keim

Following graduation, he plans to attend Bloomsburg University and major in biology and pre-med to become a physician’s assistant.

Keim

Erica R. Keim, daughter of Melissa and John Keim, was named the Watsontown Lions Club Student of the Month for the month of January.

Keim is a member of the National Honor Society, student council, BLSV, the steering committee, has participated in the special education field day and was the Kelsey’s Dream 5K coordinator.

She is a nursing intern at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg, where she also has taken an EMT class and is a volunteer at Geisinger Medical Center.

She has been named to the distinguished honor roll, was a member of School Counts and Defender PRIDE, won journalism Member of the year and National Honor Society Underclassmen Member of the Year awards.

Following graduation, she plans to attend college and graduate school and major in nursing, specializing in pediatric oncology.
