LOCK HAVEN — The inaugural Willis Distinguished Lecture Series in Health Professions will address the topic of, “The Role of Physician Assistants in Primary Eye Care.” The presentation will take place at 5 p.m. April 17 at Lock Haven university in the Willis Health Professions Center, room 105.
Dr. Garth Willis, a 1998 graduate of Lock Haven University’s physician assistant program, went on to earn his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. He then completed his ophthalmology training at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Willis joined Pocono Eye Associates in 2009.
The lecture is open to the public.
