LHU to hold 24-hour All In Day of Giving scholarship fundraiser

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven University will hold its third annual All In Day of Giving scholarship fundraiser from 10 a.m. Thursday through 10 a.m. Friday. All In is a 24-hour day of giving challenge in which donations are made toward student scholarships in support of specific LHU programs.

This year, the fundraiser will support scholarships for students enrolled in the health science and athletics programs and donors may choose a specific health science major or athletic team to receive their gift. There are 39 scholarships offered for students enrolled in health science majors and 108 scholarships available to student athletes.

Throughout the 24-hour period there will be a phone-a-thon and updates on the website and social media, including videos. There also will be several different gift challenges, such as the “Dominate the State Challenge,” in which PSECU will donate $2,500 to athletic scholarships and $2,500 to health science scholarships if a donation is received from each county in Pennsylvania.
