Military museum hosts lecturer

BOALSBURG — The Pennsylvania Military Museum, 51 Boal Ave., will host lecturer Charles Greifenstein and his military biography of a doughboy-volunteer named Henry Howard Houston II at 7 p.m. Oct. 4. The lecture is titled “One Death Among Many: The Short Life of Philadelphian Henry Howard Houston II.”

Houston volunteered for service as an ambulance driver in France before the U.S. declared war.
