Millerton woman allegedly had needles for heroin use

ELKLAND – Lisa M. Oldroyd, 26, of 8180 Route 549, Millerton, was charged by state police with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, for two needles found in her residence by a relative containing a controlled substance, along with a spoon containing suspected heroin June 29.

According to documents filed at District Judge Brian Edgcomb’s office, the relative turned the items over to the Tioga County Court to be used as evidence in a child custody hearing, where allegedly she admitted to using the needles and spoon to inject heroin. She was issued a summons to appear at a March 14 preliminary hearing.
