5 charged with drunken driving
WELLSBORO – Five people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently. According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard’s office, each was issued a summons to appear. They are:
Michael J. Wood, 52, of Philadelphia, by borough police following a traffic stop on Main Street March 23. He waived his March 26 preliminary hearing and was released on $5,000 bail. His formal county arraignment was set for April 15.
Adam J. Yungwirth, 27, of 88 East Ave., Suite B, by borough police following a traffic stop on Purple Street March 26.
Ryan T. Perry, 31, of 118 Clinton St., Apt. B, Mansfield, also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana by borough police following a traffic stop on Gibson Street, March 17.
Kelly L. Gilbert, 21, of 113 Mainesburg Road, Mainesburg, by borough police following a traffic stop at the Acorn parking lot on East Avenue Feb. 26.
Charles Kemp, 52, of 4982 Route 287, by state police after he crashed his car on Antrim Road, Charleston Township, March 9.
