2 charged with disorderly conduct
MANSFIELD – Two men were recently charged with disorderly conduct, according to documents filed at Judge James E. Carlson’s office. They are:
Zuban M. Kabbah, 22, of 34 E. Eagle Road, Haverton, by Mansfield University police with disorderly conduct and property damage after a May 12 report of a hit and run-type incident at 64 Morris Drive. He appeared at a May 22 preliminary hearing before Judge James E. Carlson.
Michael J. Scocozzo Jr., 32, of Blossburg, by Blossburg borough police with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on May 18 after witnesses reported him stumbling in the middle of Main Street. He appeared at a May 22 preliminary hearing before Carlson.
