7 charged with possession
WELLSBORO – Seven individuals recently have been charged with possession of an illegal substance or paraphernalia, according to documents filed at judges’ offices. They are:
Destiny R. Butler, 28, of 2 Pierce St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by borough police on May 3 following the report of a heroin overdose at 2 Pierce St. She awaits a June 18 preliminary hearing before Judge Robert Repard.
Steven M. Cook, 28, of 90 Church St., Mansfield, is charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and DUI by state police following a Feb. 26 traffic stop on Hills Creek Road. He awaits a June 18 preliminary hearing before Judge James Carlson.
Danelle Christin Wilson, 25, of 669 Mann Hill, Tioga, is charged by state police with possession of heroin and delivery of a controlled substance to a criminal informant at the Liberty Exxon on Oct. 4, 2012. She appeared at a May 15 preliminary hearing before Carlson.
Brian A. Dake, 24, of 462 Gullick St., Blossburg, is charged with possession of paraphernalia by state police following a Feb. 19 traffic stop along Route 15 in Richmond Township. Dake appeared at a May 15 preliminary hearing before Carlson.
Craig L. Fassett, 52, of 47 Reese Hill Road, is charged by state police with delivering $100 in meth and $200 in heroin, possession of meth-related paraphernalia and criminal use of a cellphone in Richmond Township on April 30, May 9 and May 16. He appeared at a May 22 preliminary hearing before Carlson.
Robert M. Hallick, 20, of 1100 N. Front St., Sunbury, is charged by Mansfield University police with marijuana possession with intent to deliver and possession of paraphernalia on the Mansfield University campus on Aug. 30, 2012. He awaits a May 29 preliminary hearing before Carlson.
Amber L. Smith, 31, of 79 Triple D Lane, Lot No. 20, Covington, is charged by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, including syringes and burnt spoons, after her probation officer reported drugs found at her home on March 26. She awaits a June 12 preliminary hearing before Carlson.
