7 sentenced in Tioga County
WELLSBORO – Seven individuals were recently sentenced in Tioga County Court, according to documents submitted by courthouse staff.
Sentenced to prison was:
Gary E. Cincinello, 58, of Elkland, 18 to 60 months State Correctional Institute, $1,500 fine, 18 months suspended driver’s license, 12 months ignition interlock and DUI school for second DUI.
Sentenced to county jail were:
William H. Martin, 44, of Covington, three to six months county jail, $500 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and ignition interlock and DUI school for DUI.
Brett J. McCaslin, 30, of Harrison Valley, five years intermediate punishment, 90 days county jail, last 30 days electronic monitoring, probation, $1,500 fine, 18 months suspended driver’s license, 12 months ignition interlock and DUI school for DUI.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Tavis S. Delong, 28, of Tioga, 12 months probation and 60 days suspended driver’s license for DUI.
John P. Matczak, 23, of Blossburg, six months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher R. Hulbert, 23, of Westfield, 12 months probation and 60 days suspended driver’s license for DUI.
Sentenced to probation was:
Sterling L. Greenwalt, 20, of Lawrenceville, 24 months probation, $150 fine and $205.17 restitution for theft.
