Upper Fairfield Township man charged

Justin Nicole Fisher, 20, of 241 Back St., Upper Fairfield Township, has been charged with terroristic threats, recklessly endangering, simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment, following a disturbance outside his home about 12:30 a.m. on April 13, state police said.

Fisher allegedly pointed a BB gun at Joseph Craver, claiming it was handgun, police said. Fisher also struck Craver’s ankle with a rock and scratched a pickup truck owned by Tyler Lilley, police alleged. Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Fisher was released on $2,500 bail.
