Hepburn Township woman faces drug charges
A Hepburn Township woman has been locked up on drug charges after allegedly selling heroin on three occasions over a two-day period this week, according to Old Lycoming Township Police Chief William Solomon.
Allena Lynn Marshall, 19, of 538 McIntyre Way, who goes by the street name “T,” is alleged to have sold heroin to a confidential informant on Tuesday and on Wednesday following an earlier heroin sale also on Tuesday.
The “controlled buys” involved 19 and 21 packets of heroin, Solomon said. The initial sale, which did not involve an informant, involved five packets of heroin that were sold to an individual, whose identity police did not yet release.
The alleged sales occurred in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road, the 700 block of Loyalsock Avenue in Montoursville and Route 15 in Armstrong Township, Solomon said.
Faced with 15 criminal drug charges, including three counts each of possession with intent to deliver heroin, delivery of heroin and possession of heroin, Marshall was arraigned Wednesday night before District Judge James Carn and committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $175,000 bail.
Montoursville and South Williamsport police, along with the county’s Drug Task Force, assisted with the investigation.
