19-year-old charged with acts of vandalism throughout borough

A 19-year-old Montoursville man has been charged with causing in excess of $2,500 damage by spray painting graffiti at four locations throughout the borough, according to borough police.

Jonathan Richard Durr, of 212 Broad St., was arraigned late Monday afternoon before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman on four misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, and released on $2,500 bail.

Police said the graffiti was spray painted on June 15 in the 100 block of Broad Street, the 400 block of South Alley, the 400 block of Airport Road and underneath the Broad Street bridge.
